Causeway Watersports is now accepting applications for the 2019 summer season. We are a full service Watersports company located on the Nags Head, Manteo Causeway. We provide activities ranging from parasailing to kayaking, with most other Watersport activities in-between.
We are currently looking to fill multiple full-time staff positions, in the office and on the water. Duties include but are not limited to answering phones/ taking reservations, assisting customers with Watersport activities, general maintenance around site (some cleaning, mowing, etc), as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
We are also seeking a full-time parasail crew member - experience is a plus but not required. Applicants must have good customer service skills, positive attitudes, be punctual, and be able to withstand long hours in the sun (lots of sunscreen is encouraged). This position requires being an active participant of a random drug testing consortium, as well as being First Aid and CPR certified. This is a great way to get hours towards a captains license!
These seasonal full-time positions start late May and run through mid to late September with the possibility of going into October. Most staff will work 40-50hrs per week, it is, however, a weather dependent job. If there is inclement weather and hours are missed we will try our best to accommodate you.
This can be a fun summer time job, employees get to enjoy perks of Watersport activities and working outside in the sun for the summer. However excessive tardiness, or failure to preform duties will not be tolerated.
