A well established, fast paced restaurant in Duck is currently looking for a talented, passionate, hospitable person to join us as an assistant to the Front of the House Manager. The Assistant Front of the House Manager will work closely with the Front of the House Manager in performing the following duties.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
-Overseeing the day to day operation of the Front of the House
-Developing, Training, and maintaining a professional work force
-Ensuring that the restaurant service is conducted in a highly professional and efficient manner
-Work closely with the company leadership to create a successful business
Skills and Abilities
-Able to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts including weekends and holidays
-Able to stand and walk at a steady pace for periods of up to 8 hours or more
-Leadership ability
-Commitment and dedication to guest satisfaction
-Highly organized and efficient with keen attention to detail
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Highly flexible and adaptable with the ability to multi task
-Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
