Seeking entry level line chefs for 2024 season for top ranked waterfront casual fine dining restaurant on Hatteras Island, on North Carolina's Outer Banks. Our restaurant offers world class waterfront casual fine dining in our indoor dining rooms and waterfront decks. The menu changes regularly, and is based on quality ingredients including fresh local seafood, locally sourced produce, and the products of our gardens and fruit trees.
Our organization is a good fit for professionals; outcome focused, able to function as a member of a tight knit organization, to accept direction and function independently, and able to execute and support a shared company vision.

Starting wage range based on experience and qualifications. Housing provided for the right candidate. Qualified candidates will be invited to spend a few compensated days with us as a guest in our top ranked boutique hotel, and welcome to bring a partner / guest. You'll work with and spend time with our family, to jointly see if there is a good fit. There is longevity in our organization; people stay with us multiples of industry average, and their kids work here.
