Village Beach Club, a premier, oceanfront, private club on the Outer Banks, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead our culinary and dining operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional restaurant and club dining experiences for our members and guests.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all F&B operations, including the main restaurant, bar, poolside service, catering and special events
Lead culinary teams in menu development, quality control, and presentation standards
Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence
Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls for F&B operations
Ensure exceptional member and guest dining experiences while maintaining operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing culinary and F&B operations
Strong culinary background with expertise in high-end food preparation, catering and service
Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of F&B operations, budgeting, and cost control
