Job Overview
We are hiring a Front of House Manager who will handle all customer interactions, including greeting guests upon arrival, seating customers and providing an optimal customer experience. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a restaurant environment and is capable of managing employees and serving customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage the bar and restaurant operations.
Assist in developing bar and restaurant menus.
Provide excellent customer service.
Keep the servers on schedule.
Train servers in serving and bartending skills.
Monitor the levels of beer, wine, and liquor in the storage areas.
Handle customer complaints and take appropriate actions.
Housing available for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
Strong knowledge of culinary practices and hospitality management principles.
Demonstrated ability in team management, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration.
Experience in cash handling procedures and financial reporting within a restaurant setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
A background in food service or culinary arts is advantageous but not mandatory.
