Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar has a manager retiring. This is creating a front of the house management opportunity. This job is a full time, salaried, year-round position, with paid vacation and paid health, life, and dental insurance (after 90 days).
We are looking for high-energy candidates that are detail-oriented, with previous front of the house restaurant experience(s), Point of Sale (POS) knowledge, and reasonable computer literacy should apply. Knowledge of all things Outer Banks is necessary.
On the floor management, extreme customer care, precise record keeping, and daily banking are just a few of the required tasks.
