THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION
The Ramada Plaza Oceanfront Hotel is currently seeking to fill the position of Front Desk Agent. Shifts may include 7-3, 3-11 or a split shift like 10-6 or 12-8; hours will be as scheduling and business dictates. We are like a family and have a great group of people working here - we'd love for you to join our team!
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS REQUIRED as well as SCHEDULING FLEXIBILITY
Desk agent to be present at the front desk and available to hotel guests at all times during their shift.
Checking in, checking out, room assignments, issuing keys, delivering guest request items, answering/directing phone calls, making reservations, accuracy in billing guests, selling items from the hotel pantry.
Desk agents are the heartbeat of the hotel - communicating with all departments, especially housekeeping and maintenance
Must love people and working with the public
Customer service oriented A MUST
