Atlantic Autism Services, Inc. provides home-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to our clients on a 1-to-1 basis in their home, school, and community as well as other clinical settings. RBTs work directly under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs that utilize ABA principles as designed and instructed by the BCBA.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School diploma or the national equivalent (college degree is preferred)
- Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check, OIG check, and Health Registry check prior to employment
- Must hold an existing certification or commit to pursuing an RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 30 days of employment
