Coastal Site Service is looking for a hardworking individual to perform exterior cleaning on large premier rental houses in the kill Devil Hills area this upcoming season. This work would be performed on Saturdays and Sundays, starting in April.
Tasks Include:
Light power washing of decks and outdoor furniture
Blowing off driveway and walkways
Pickup of trash
Cleaning outdoor grills
These are Premier rental houses where attention to detail and making sure the exteriors are great for the next guest is a must. Must have reliable transportation thats capable of carrying a power washer and other needed equipment. Must be able to lift heavy objects and be in capable physical shape. Excellent pay.
