JOB SUMMARY:
Carolina Casual, Inc. is seeking skilled and motivated individuals for production positions.
These are full-time, positions with a competitive base salary.
REQUIREMENTS:
Set up fixtures, manual drilling, and routing operations as needed for scheduled production
Bolt, screw, or otherwise fasten parts together for sub-assembly or completed product
Daily inspection and maintenance of regularly used tools and equipment
Work on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line
Quality - Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve and promote quality; apply feedback to improve performance; monitor own work to ensure quality
Safety and Security - Observe safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly
Teamwork - Balance team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
Must be able to work in shifts 8-10 hours long, where you are regularly required to stand, walk, and use basic sensory functions
