Skills & Duties:
Perform Preventative Maintenance to include: Basic painting skills, plumbing skills, carpentry skills and basic electrical troubleshooting and wiring skills
Lift and carry necessary materials and equipment, using safe lifting techniques
Able to operate power equipment, maintenance tools, saws, drills, etc.
Must be customer service oriented and be a team player
Availability: Flexible schedule to include evenings, holidays and weekends
