Wild Horse Adventure Tours is looking for a full time maintenance technician. We are a horse tour company based in Corolla, North Carolina. We operate tours with Hummer H1 vehicles that are modified to fit thirteen passengers.
The maintenance technician position is primarily checking vehicles before and between tours, along with preventive maintenance. This position will be performed along side other technicians at our tour office. Prior experience is beneficial but not required. Job duties will include:
Assist with preventive maintenance of vehicles.
Performing pre-trip inspections of the vehicles.
Be thorough in documenting issues.
Help maintain a clean work area and tools
Drive Hummers periodically
Assist with emergency situations (breakdown, flat tire, etc)
There is also the option to train to be a tour guide alongside the technician position. We are a seasonal business that operates March through November, so there will not be any work December through February.
