The Housekeeping Manager will lead the housekeeping activities for 300+ vacation rental properties and will be responsible for leading our housekeepers, facilitators, runners, and other management team members by overseeing the continuous improvement of the department and executing long-term strategic projects and plans.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence in the department. Work with other departments to create and establish plans to ensure your location is meeting and exceeding set goals and objectives. Ensure site contractual obligations and company policies and procedures are followed. Inspire a positive culture in the workplace. Ensure all reporting requirements are completed.
Education and Experience:
4-year College Degree in Business Management or 5+ years' experience in Management with financial oversight
Vacation Rental experience is a plus.
