Southern Shores Realty is looking for a full-time/year round Maintenance Coordinator to join our office staff in the Maintenance Department. Weekend work is required.
The position requires a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills; the ability to function well in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment; basic computer skills; and a desire to provide quality customer service.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Streamline is a plus.
