The Rental Shop Assistant Manager role is responsible for providing a five-star experience for all guests at REAL Watersports.

Responsibilities:
-Promotes rental shop bookings, communicates with guests, and ensures a smooth and accurate experience
-Point of contact for guest and other service-related inquiries and conveys a positive, enthusiastic demeanor
-Promotes quality service, timely problem resolution through teamwork and clear communication
Performs overall rental shop management, provides coverage, and supervises staff during the absence of the rental shop manager
Qualifications
-1+ years professional experience in customer service, employee management and development
-Passionate about delivering an incredible guest experience, takes ownership, works independently, as a team and has a positive attitude
-Work experience with Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and standard workplace technology, possesses strong internal and external communication skills
-Kite or Surf and watersports experience and passion are required
