Sell kites, foils, wings, surfboards, lessons, wetsuits, and all other categories of our products
Work with our accommodations partners (Watermen’s Retreat) to provide the best resort experience for our lesson customers
Possess strong, professional communication skills (both written and verbal) through all channels including in person, phone, email, and online chat.
Be proficient in at least one of the following sports we teach: Kiting, foiling, winging, or surfing.
Maintain a list of customer leads to make proactive sales calls to repeat customers
Work with team to achieve shared goals and to deliver 5-star service
