Carpenters:
- Rot Repair, Framing, and Siding Experience
- Understanding of the NC Building Code
- Solid work history and references
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Driver's license with a clean driving record
Painters:
- Exterior and interior experience
- Drywall finishing and touch-up skills
- Solid work history and references
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Bi-lingual capability a bonus
- Driver's license with a clean driving record
