We’re looking for a Craftsman Punch-Out Carpenter — not just an average Joe with a hammer, but someone who can handle punch lists and close-out tasks with precision, pride, and craftsmanship. "the final touch"

You’ll take on punch lists and close-out duties across our new custom homes. For the right craftsman who proves reliability, skill, and accountability, this can grow into steady, long-term work up to $30/hr plus bonuses.

Sample Punch-Out Tasks:

Decks & Porch punch-out (handrails, lattice, screening systems)

Trim, siding, and framing touch-ups

Door hardware, appliances, fixture installs

Delivery check-ins & counts, light material take-offs

Site organization, staging/ cleanup

Minor repairs, drywall, painting, tool upkeep

Compensation & Growth:

$17–$30/hr based on performance (with path to steady hours for the right fit)

Bonuses: $500–$1,000 per project close-out (quality, schedule, minimal callbacks)

$25 weekly gas card for perfect attendance

1099 contractor setup — flexible hours that can evolve into consistent long-term work
