Digital Factory Lead

Background & Purpose of the JobResponsible for leading the digital agenda + aiding in driving down manufacturing losses at a $1B DEO (deodorant) manufacturing site in Raeford, NC. Responsibilities will include providing real-time visibility to losses + assisting in Focused Improvement projects to drive down losses. You will also be the lead for implementing digital strategy at the site, including: implementation/transition of D igital Factory Operating System (DFOS), connecting to various data sources and developing custom data models for analysis to drive improvements. Who You Are & What You’ll Do

Work cohesively with extended leadership to deliver results and collaborative improvements.

Implement sustainable process improvement through the use of digital initiatives + methodology mindset

Support + lead internal and external operational benchmarking activities

Develop creative, sustainable solutions on manufacturing driven losses

Lead data modelling on site to aid in quickly identifying root cause + activate solutions, faster

Provide technical expertise and input into reliability issues for the site

Bachelor’s Degree Required. MBA a plus

2+ years of work experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting

Application and strong knowledge of Six Sigma / methodology to drive improvement

Strong fundamental knowledge of databases, data modeling, analytics, PowerBI, Excel, Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, PowerApps

Experience in working with factory/manufacturing control systems

Pay: The pay range for this position is $68,000 to $102,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
