We have also been named a Best-in-Class Employer by Gallagher.Responsibilities:Performs collection duties such as making phone calls, sending emails, creating collection letters, communicating with Sales Reps and other appropriate NCEL departmentsReviews and approves new and existing lottery retailer financial and banking informationParticipates in the 1099 tax project on an annual basis to help ensure they are prepared and sent out in a timely fashionResponsible for the collection and deposit of NSF funds and journal voucher creation in Microsoft Dynamics 365Requirements:Associate’s degree and 1 year of experienceAbility to handle difficult phone callsAbility to perform advanced functions in Excel such as v-lookups and pivot tablesExperience in accounting (specifically reconciling accounts and using accounting software)Knowledge of collection policies, procedures, rules, regulations and lawsGood judgment and ability to problem solveHiring Rate: $40,203(this non-exempt position will be filled at or near the posted salary)Closing Date: September 24, 2025this position is eligible for partial telework.
