Hybrid PositionResponsibilities: Processes new applications by verifying retailer compliance with the state agency websitesProcesses retailer application fees and retailer refunds and provides the finance department with daily and monthly reconciliation of fees received and refunds Prepares Experian reports with credit information used as one of three background checks used as part of the overall decision-making processActivates, inactivates and suspends retailer accounts. Enters initial bank account information for financial sweeps Researches and corresponds with retailers regarding application requirements and contract compliance issues using mail merged letters, through email and by phone Creates and provides the Sales Representative (SR) Recruited report each Monday to the Sales Department Provides customer service, including phone and written communication to internal and external customers as required to process retailer applications, and to maintain and evaluate contract compliance Performs retailer database and file maintenance utilizing multiple reporting tools in Access, Excel and Word to ensure the accuracy of dataCreates and updates new promotional retailers and works with marketing to ensure the correct retailer has been assigned to the promotion Requirements: Associate Degree Preferred and 2 year of experienceKnowledge and understanding of leases, bills of sale, warranty deeds and purchase agreements.Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.Knowledge and ability to work in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and Power Point, Outlook).Ability to maintain confidential information.
