We are seeking a dependable and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming customer service calls, processing ad hoc emails, and tracking drivers and vehicles to ensure all trips are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer the customer service line, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Process ad hoc emails promptly and accurately.
Track drivers and vehicles in real-time to monitor trip progress and ensure on-time completion.
Communicate effectively with drivers, airline personnel, and other team members.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and email.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or customer service is a plus.
