HB Hospitality is seeking a call coordinator for a part time position to join our team. We are seeking a qualified applicant with experience providing quality customer service over the phone and excellent computer skills; Salesforce experience is a plus. Position would be 15-25 hours a week (M-F) during standard business hours. This is not a call center; call coordinators assist project managers with out-bound calls to follow-up on business meeting invitations. These are not sales or cold calls. You will be verifying member information & updating our Salesforce database.
Desired Skills:
Basic computer skills
Sales Force or other CRM experience a plus
Ability to type at least 60 WPM accurately.
Salesforce experience a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Professionally demeanor and ability to work independently.
Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Data entry and customer service experience
Comfortable making outbound calls from a provided list.
Must follow HB Hospitality scripts and specific procedures
15-25 hour a week commitment required
