Responsibilities:

Processes all validations for winning tickets, retailer adjustments, and hold/release requests from other departments for payment after a thorough investigation. This includes the proper storage and maintanence of claim data.

Conducts ticket reconstructions to assist other departments in the payment of winning tickets or investigations.

Provides reporting and analysis by preparing and compiling data to identify trends and patterns for potential deviations.

Supports other departments by analyzing and reporting on data that has suspicious activity on problem claims.

Conducts verification checks for Lucke Reward and Second Chance drawings and processes winners.

Performs systems administrator functions by resetting user accounts and passwords.

Requirements:

Some college education and 1 year of experience

Knowledge of general office procedures and protocols

Ability to use analytical judgment and decision-making skills

Intermediate skills and understanding of Microsoft Excel and Access Database

NOTE: This position is eligible for remote work after initial training period

Hiring Range: $40,203 (this non-exempt position will be filled at or near posted salary)
