Studio 71 is a unique mesh of a busy frame shop and pop-culture gallery located in Hillsborough, NC just off our Hwy. 85 and I-40. We pride ourselves on our great customer service, high quality of our work, and having a friendly, professional approach to everyone who comes through our door. Our shop hours are Monday - Saturday from 10 am - 6 pm, closed Sundays.
Job Description:
What we are looking for in a new part time, team member to assist with our busy holiday season. We need someone to start immediately and will work through January. The right person may transition into a permanent part or full time position.
attention to detail a must
customer service experience
friendly and energetic attitude
an interest in learning new skills in a team setting
pop-culture, comic book, pop art knowledge and design experience a definite plus but not required
likes to have fun while working hard to complete pieces and assist customers
Responsibilities include:
design / counter help
answering phones, emails, and online messages
lifting & carrying completed framed pieces up to 20 pounds
comfortable on step stools, bending and reaching
framing experience not required but a plus
must work some Saturdays
pay commensurate with experience
