Objective
Increase unit sales and profitability by providing the best experience possible to customers that call in, submit online leads, information request, and finance applications for major unit purchases.
Responsibilities
Respond to all internet leads and apps in a timely fashion
Answer overflow and incoming sales phone calls
Respond to all Facebook marketplace inquires
Post and respond to all Craigslist ads(when applicable)
Greet customers that sales people are unable too
Logging all leads in CRM
