Logging in, filing and informing staff.
Samples going out – DHL, UPS, USPS systems mailing.
Tracking shipments logging them when shipping
Cutting samples for customers / suppliers.
Creating and using sample cards
Develop lists of items needed for Showroom and work with our overseas offices to
get replacement sample yardage as needed.
Maintain neat, organized samples for the conference room.
Create sample books as requested.
Order supplies for samples and showroom as needed.
Develop filing systems for R&D, Customers, and Samples.
Maintain customer standards.
Test Fabrics of Samples received to match Customers Specifications.
Skills Need to know basic MS software. Word-Excel
Additional responsibilities / hours as needed will be to help in the quality department, as needed.
Part time position of 30 hours a week flexible and pay rate of $15.00.
