We just began Year 15 of an Executive Recruiting Business that my wife and I started from scratch from our house in Apex. We are a 5-person company everyone works from home. We recruit mid-level to executive-level management and executives for Construction companies and Developers coast-to-coast and at times worldwide.
Highly successful and we do the work with a smile. We simply try to serve others & help both clients and candidates achieve what is best for them! We build relationships for now AND for the future! We are classy; never grabby.
Looking for a part-time (5-10 hours a week) caller. Scripts provided. You will rarely get an objection: in our industry the potential candidates are usually friendly even if not interested. This is relatively simple work you can do at home perfect for a parent with young children. Our other callers/researchers have been with us 9,7 and 3 years all part-time. If you desire I can in time teach you how to become a full-service recruiter. It's not easy but nothing lucrative is.
