Peak Roofing Solution, LLC is seeking individuals, with or without experience in the Roofing industry to join our amazing team! What makes us different is, the leads are provided. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, closing deals, and communicating with insurance companies. Peak Roofing Solution, LLC is structured to have the best possible customer service experience. We educate our homeowners about the roofing options to minimize their out-of-pocket cost. Peak Roofing will provide extensive training to be success with our company. We won’t just throw you in a neighborhood and tell you “Good Luck.”

Your responsibilities (once trained to our system) include but not limited to:

Conduct an in-person meeting with clients and explain the way we do things! Don’t worry again you will not be alone while learning how to do this…

Roof inspections for storm damage and being accurate on how to identify damage is key, again you will be trained in the field with one of our top salespeople!

Meeting insurance adjusters (we have done work with quite a few in the area) with someone who knows what they are doing! This is a very important part, so active listening is important.

Paperwork and documentation will be shown and explained to client in a clear and professional manner.

We expect our employees to be knowledgeable (after training) about GAF products and the warranties, to stay up to date on all changes.

Requirements for this position:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.

Ability and willingness to climb steep roofs in our area.

Ability to work as a team and independently trustworthy.

Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Must be able to lift 25 pounds regularly.

Must be able to walk, stand, and sit frequently throughout the day.

Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Well groomed, clean cut, punctual to appointments

Well organized; able to accurately record of activates, customer interactions and follow up appointments.

Ability to learn about roofing products and construction of a roof.

Must be 18 years of age, Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a MUST.

NO experience needed but is a plus.

Bilingual is a super plus!

Job Type: Part/Full time 20-40 hours per week-contract

Pay: $30,000-$150,000 per year.

Commission pay. And bonus opportunities based on sales!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday; Saturdays as need; Always closed Sundays and major holidays.

Experience:

No experience needed but is a plus.

Work Location:
