The role of the Vendor Recruiter is responsible for monitoring, reporting, and auditing existing third-party and inhouse vendors at CPR. Places ads and manage incoming applications that come in from those ads. This person is the one who makes sure we have a dedicated crew in every county we cover. You have to run reports to make sure you are placing ads where we need a crew. This position supports business operations who utilize the vendor's services. This role will work closely with the various SME's to identify and resolve any compliance and/or audit issues that occur outside of the agreed CPR within the agreement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all aspects of day-to-day vendor management activities

Track, measure, report, and evaluate vendor performance

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, rules, and procedures

Organize and oversee all coordination and execution of deliverables

Conduct onsite audit reviews of specific vendors, when applicable

Report to stakeholders any negative findings and provide recommendations

Develop, prepare and monitor vendor scorecards

Recommend P&P changes to improve ongoing controls and process

Must be able to work independently and lead vendor meetings

Develop and manage various projects related to the vendor management activities as a lead or as a support role

Manage termination of vendor relationships to ensure contractual obligations are met within timelines

Initiates and completes on-boarding of new vendors.

Creates new vendor profiles and processes documents received.

Responsible for training new vendors on how to utilize systems. Reports needs and/or issues to HR Processor to discuss resolutions.

Responsible for coming up with ways to retain new vendors and attract new personnel.

Updates Systems to reflect Coverage needs.

Assists with Payroll processing and issues.

Assists Recruiter with placing ads and retaining vendors.

Maintains vendor files and composes reports for the department.

Reports Coverage Areas to Clients.

Responds to Vendor Complaints in a professional manner.

Updates Weekly Reports and Documents Coverage gaps.

Implements new ideas and processes to improve department efficiency.

Posting ads on various job boards online.

Utilizing data and maps to determine which areas additional contractors are needed.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors from the on-boarding process forward.

Follow-up with Account Leads to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.

Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy

Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc

Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

Maintain Vendor Coverage for an assigned region.

Place Ads and use various tools to market business and attract applicants.

Reports to VM Processor to discuss needs.

Maintains Networks used for Communicating with Potential Vendors.

Responds to Interested Applicants concerning Job qualifications, compensation, and on-boarding process.

Works closely with HR Reviewer to provide a specified number of recruits in a timely manner.

Minimum four years mortgage servicing experience, minimum of one year of experience in vendor management

Proficient with Microsoft Office
