Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sommelier to act as our wine expert and manage our wine bar.
The Manager/Somm position is responsible for the development and management of the EnoNeo Wine Bar. This person must have a great personality and be able to communicate with patrons that share different levels of wine knowledge, and must be able to promote and grow the business.
Ultimately, you will delight our guests by helping them choose the best wine to complement their tastes.
Sommelier responsibilities include recommending wine varieties to our guests, supervising wine serving and collaborating with winemakers, vineyards, or distributors to renew our selections and achieve better prices. Previous experience in hospitality or a vineyard and be available to work during business hours.
