Our client is looking for an experienced accounting manager with 3-5+ years experience in full cycle accounting, including month end, quarter end and year end close. Assist in management of team members within the Company's centralized functions.
Team lead for 3rd party residential financial reporting including review of monthly financial statements.
Assist in the implementation of the accounting system conversion.
Perform general ledger accounting as needed.
Assist Controller with the monthly close process and compliance.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting.
3-5 years related experience (public accounting or property management preferred).
Experience with software conversion/implementation (Yardi and MRI preferred).
