Description Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistCompany Overview:We are a recruiting for a robust and stable company known for their amazing environment and opportunities for professional growth. We are currently seeking to broaden our team by hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist. The eligible candidate will be pivotal in establishing efficient processes and contribute to the accurate preparation and maintenance of financial transactions and records.Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily accounts payable duties including reviewing, processing, and verifying invoices in a timely and efficient manner.

Utilize Sage Intacct accounting software for data entry and manage financial information.

Identify any discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders, conduct necessary investigations, and ensure the correction of such discrepancies.

Prepare and perform check runs, electronic transfers, and ACH payments.

Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional manner and work closely with vendors to resolve any discrepancies they may have with their payments/accounts.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual AP reports and assist with internal and external audits.

Contribute to streamlining and improving the accounts payable process within the company.

Maintain appropriate files and documentation in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.

Cooperate with cross-functional teams and offer support where needed.

A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or a similar role.

Proficient knowledge of Sage Intacct software.

Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
