Job Description :
Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide a friendly face to our office visitors, Answer phones, sign for packages, and sort and deliver mail.
This person will be available and present in the office; be an active advocate and resource to anyone needing assistance, as well as be approachable and have a friendly and helpful attitude and aim to listen and assist the needs of office visitors.
Responsibilities :
Learn, recognize and apply regulatory requirements to daily work and responsibilities
Verify regulatory filings and review details to ensure quality of information
Complete all tasks and duties within the company's set guidelines and regulatory policies
Locate and download electronic versions of pertinent materials
Identify and escalate potential issues
Interact with peers, both internal and external, and function as part of a team
Ability to work and adjust output according to fluctuations of workload
General clerical duties include scheduling appointments, filing, ordering supplies and receptionist duties
Manage professional inventory
Other duties as assigned
Education Requirements :
High School Diploma or Equivalent
