Must be able to leverage practical business and technology development experience to educate the organization on options and provide solution recommendations.
Product Analyst
As part of the Product Development organization, the Product Analyst is responsible for delivering quality products and solutions by supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality business requirements and solution design support while ensuring consistency with Product Development strategy, commitments and goals. The Product Analyst will be working in an environment that supports both Waterfall and Agile methodology.
Requirements Planning
Works in conjunction with Product Managers to define the project business needs and measures of success. Creates detailed requirements gathering plan. Collaborates with internal and external business requirements stakeholders to understand customer and business needs and develop business requirements documentation. Creates a consensus with business stakeholders and systems stakeholders on requirements review and approval. Requirements Tracking and Execution Manages business requirements through design, develop, testing, and delivery phases to ensure business needs are met. Creates business requirements change requests for review and approval. Business Readiness/ Deployment Supports the Business Readiness team on the planning and deployment of assigned projects. Supports review of internal and external communication and training plans. Supports the creation of updated business process documentation.
Qualifications
Education and Experience5+ years of related business analysis and requirements management experience in financial services, systems development, product development, and/or project/product management
Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of direct Agile/Scrum methodology experience
Skills and Knowledge
Ability to understand complex business environments and interdependent relationships for business requirements Demonstrated leadership skills, ownership and commitment for deliverables Strong consultative, listening, communication and analytical skills Critical thinker with good judgment and initiative Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers Excellent command of verbal and written communication for all levels of stakeholders Highly organized with the ability to meet internal deadlines Strong understanding of Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Methodology Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum Methodology Knowledge of customer experience and user experience design principles would be a plus

Having outstanding presentation chops, both in composing/creating presentations and when presenting findings to Director Level + audiences (e.g. VP, SVP, Global CTO, etc.)
Solid experience in collecting, compiling, deciphering, and converting requirements into actionable, decision-driving data and applying that to perform solution-fit analyses
Knowing how to identify solution merits, conducting feature/system level comparisons, assessing solution gaps, and identifying the pros and cons of an individual solution's vendor, deployment, and support models
Being a doer, flawless communicator, that needs minimal direction with a strong sense of accountability
