Job SummaryThe ASG Solutions Architect – Field Services will analyze the customer’s business objectives to design and implement a deployment Strategy forOnsiteServices and related solutions. Theywill also serve as the technical lead, with primary responsibility to support discovery sessions with customers to create a statement of work (SOW) that details a services engagement and its value to SHI customers. This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.About UsSince 1989, SHI International Corp. has helped organizations change the world through technology. ResponsibilitiesInclude but not limited to:

Responsible for the design, consultation, and implementation Onsite Services solutions and related technologies based on customer requirements including:

Workstation Deployments

Low-Voltage Cabling

Telephony

Networking Infrastructure

Point-of-Sale

Wireless

Site Surveys

Digital Signage

Deliver best practices and recommendation to clients

Effectively estimate required level of effort required to meet specific timelines and budget

Collaborate with sales team in identifying and closing opportunities through customer discovery and scoping meetings and presentations

Qualifications

Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Field Services or a related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in structured cabling, end user device deployments, and site surveys

Required Skills

Proficiency with the design, planning, and implementation of technical project

Strong time management and communication skills

Consultative approach to deploying technology

Passion for technology

Expert and timely decision-making skills

Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong troubleshooting skills

Drive to learn and deploy new technology

Receptive listening skills, with ability to present ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

Certifications RequiredPreferred:

BICSI, CompTIA, CCNA, ITIL, or PMP certification

Unique Requirements

Ability to travel to client sites upon reasonable request

Additional Information

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $110,000 - $180,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
