Will be trained on internal and external data systems.
With direct supervision, responds to requests for information on products or manufacturing plants, obtained from internal systems or colleagues. Exercises customer-service and professionalism, balancing priorities to meet deadlines. Will be taught criteria for prioritizing.
Participates in group projects as assigned such as gathering data. Will report progress back to the lead.
Edits product-information in customer DBs editing. Learns DBs from colleagues and self-driven training materials (includes new DBs and becomes proficient with current).
Work in internal systems (SAP, PDM, etc) and complete work-flow tasks.
Collaborates with other departments and builds relationships. Participates in virtual meetings.
Follows existing policies and procedures
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
No professional experience required
Preferred experience in using SAP, Oracle, Excel, database information management
Preferred background in Food Science or Quality
Aptitude for data-entry/databases/info management
Data accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and openly while working in a cross-functional team
Must be self-disciplined, independent,resourceful
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, proficient in MS Office
For work-from-home, expected to have a space to concentrate on work and hold video conferences regularly
Potential travel once or twice per year.
