Description We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Dynamic 365 Support Engineer who is an expert in resolving issues related to Dynamic 365 implementations and operations. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between our clients and our internal team, providing critical support and escalation services.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamic 365 implementation and operations.
Cooperate with the internal team to design and implement optimal solutions.
Track, analyze and monitor all customer support requests.
Handle complex support requests or technical questions in collaboration with the internal team.
Perform other roles assigned that are in support of the company’s objectives.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience dealing with the technical aspects of Dynamic 365.
Solid knowledge and experience with SQL.
Proven experience as a Support Engineer, IT Helpdesk Technician or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong customer focus with the ability to manage customer expectations and experience in a highly professional manner.
Self-motivated, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
