Description:This position will support the grants underwriting team. The candidate will need a general understanding of grant writing and the grants process. This resource will assist the grant processing team with the following activities:

Monitoring email inbox for Finance - Accounts Payable packets. Tracking receipt. Reviewing for abnormalities and following up with the organizations to resolve. Ensuring AP receives a completed packet.

Filling out Payment Request Template (for OPR). Create the Excel file summary of payment requests for Finance.

Reconciling Finance - Accounts Payable payment report with software tool and in-house tracking file. Verifying fulfillment status will be updated in grant underwriting software from Finance software.

Creating new organization entries grants underwriting software.

Creating events in grants underwriting software based on team requests and assisting with entering hours where necessary.

Reconciling our grant tracking/monitoring file to Finance - Accounts Payable Payment report and ensuring grants underwriting software is current.

Training on grants underwriting software and Finance - Account Payable software will be provided.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Grant writing experience is required.About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation. A College degree or a certificate from a trade school is preferred, but not required. Experience in dealership service shop environment is strongly preferred but not required.
