Outbound Call Center Representative

Description:-National Campaigns Unit provides shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients -Shareholder communications includes inbound, outbound, and email response -Responsible for placing 200+ outbound calls per day following a script Qualifications:MUST HAVE:-HS Diploma or GED required -6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, etc. experience -Good speaking voice -Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking Equipment Requirements - must have own equipment:-MacBook (not preferred, but has to be a current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11) – No Lenox, Chrome, etc. -Headsets – need USB headsets (no wireless)-Dual monitors will be benefited, but not required -Ability to come off mute when called on (unacceptable not to participate), materials open and are on the current example that is being shared, and participating in the chat when asked to complete a task -Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 uploadHours:-AM shift: 9 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri, 30 minute lunch and 2 15 minutes unpaid (EST) -AM shift is 37 hours -11/22 start date!  o Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
