PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Post Closing Specialist (Remote).Job Title: Post Closing SpecialistJob Type: Full time; Contract (5 months)Location: RemoteSchedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5:00 PMPay Rate: up to $22.86/ per hourJob Description:Provides escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare transactions. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist escrow processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.Selected candidate will be managing email boxes, handling inbound calls to resolve client inquiries. In addition, candidate will perform closing tasks (Doc preparations, fee preparation and scheduling).Skills/Experience:Experience with Microsoft Office needed.Required Skills:Very good computer skills are required. Need good communication skills (including phone and email) as well.
