Strong project management experience in an agile environment
SAFe experience (doesn’t have to be certified)
Experience working with SDLC

Financial industry experience OR digital PM experience

Someone with BOTH financial industry experience and digital banking experience
Day to Day: These individuals are going to be working alongside teams dealing with efforts on the “Become a Customer” Consumer Journey within organization. They will be helping manage these large efforts, managing stakeholders, expectations, risks, issues that arise, dependencies within and outside of the scrum teams. Although a majority of these teams are Agile, there might be some waterfall methodologies in others, as well. This journey could be customer facing website work, or could be more on the backend, which would involve more waterfall. These individuals will not be managing a budget, but they might get pulled into a “who do I contact for these numbers?” type of situation. Effective communication is definitely going to help these PM’s be successful on these teams.
