The Regional Pro Specialist is responsible for accelerating Pro-segment growth across big-box retail, including Lowe’s and The Home Depot for our Larson, Fiberon, and Therma-Tru brands. This role serves as the regional PRO expert for the Outdoors B2C (Retail) Business Unit—building strategic partnerships, generating high-value Pro opportunities, and executing field initiatives that increase revenue, loyalty, and project penetration.You will collaborate closely with distribution partners, retail representatives, and retail channel outside sales associates to expand our footprint, convert builder and contractor business, and deliver seamless, high-quality project experiences for Pro customers across your assigned territory.Location & Travel: This is a field-based role requiring travel throughout our Southeast Sales Region - Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Florida.
