We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Insight Digital Innovation team.
What Our Business Analyst's Do:
Elicit and write requirements along with business process modeling
Work with Product Owner as his/her proxy utilizing Agile knowledge and experience
Discuss business requirements with client / Product Owner and create user stories
Drive engagement and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
Demonstrate ability to lead prioritization and refinement of requirements with stakeholders
Strong organizational, verbal and written communications skills
Support Scrum Masters / Project Managers for Sprint Planning
What we look for at Insight:
5+ years of experience writing requirements
Strong analytical skills, work ethic, independence, problem solving ability, effective communication skills, and over-all positive attitude
CBAP, CSM, PSM or PSPO highly desired
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelors Degree or higher
