Provides strategic insights and solutions to optimize our employee benefits programs. You will be responsible for:

Using data provided by benefit vendors, develop comprehensive dashboards and presentations that highlight key metrics, trends, opportunities and challenges.

Contract management and process enhancement across benefit vendors to ensure consistency in provisions, performance guarantees, etc. 

Work cross functionally in different areas, such as Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal, Communications, to ensure alignment and collaboration on benefit-related matters and routinely evaluate for and monitor new/upcoming legislation that might impact employee benefit programs.

Benchmark, research and analyze best practices and emerging trends in the benefits industry and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Evaluate the effectiveness, competitiveness and value of our benefit offerings and propose enhancements or changes as needed.

Work closely with Lumen vendor managers to understand about the programs they manage to analyze if/how programs may affect each other.

Monitor and complete necessary benefit-related compliance requirements.

Supervision: Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate other personnel.

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
