The position is the functional and technical expert for all HR Automation needs. The role is also the liaison between internal business clients, 3rd party vendors and our internal Information Technology partners in supporting, creating, maintaining and upgrading our HR Technology processes and platforms to meet the business needs. This position will report to the Director, HR Technology.The Main Responsibilities

Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the HR Technology and Automation team

Manage Lumen’s HR Data Warehouse environment based on the Microsoft SQL Server platform

Manage Lumen's HR PowerPlatform solutions and RPA processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, security, and compliance.

Create, manage, and execute new development and enhancements within our HR ServiceNow platform (HRSD)

Collaborate with internal business clients, 3rd party vendors, and internal IT partners to understand the business needs, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions.

Serve as subject matter expert on all HR data and partner with key business stakeholders to recommend and implement the necessary functional modifications and enhancements, based on needs analysis

Assist in HR data integration of acquired companies and divestitures

Drive optimization and automation of HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the HR technology platforms and processes, and recommend enhancements and improvements.

Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and innovations in HR technology

What We Look For in a CandidateMinimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems discipline or equivalent education.

7+ years of IT software development process experience

3+ years of supervisory experience

Expert knowledge HR data warehouse, automation processes, and ServiceNow HRSD environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and decision-making skills

Demonstrated consultative skills in a corporate environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage and provide leadership on large and complex projects.

Demonstrated ability to manage the technical relationship between internal IT and third-party vendors.

Demonstrated ability to lead by example and contribute to team’s output, as needed, in order to ensure team member success.

Business interest and acumen to properly apply HR Technology solutions to business needs.

In depth knowledge of full suite of SuccessFactors HCM modules, including Employee Central and Integration Center

Ability to effectively interact, influence and respond in a fast-paced business environment.

5 years of experience with a leading database product (MS SQL Server, Oracle, HANA, etc)

CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
