Our shop is located in the vibrant Five Points district, just outside Downtown Raleigh, where we create tailor-made solutions for residential and commercial spaces.We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cabinet and Trim Carpentry Installer to join our growing team. Lead and execute custom cabinet installations, ensuring the highest standards of precision, quality, and adherence to design specifications.

Install custom trim carpentry, including baseboards, crown molding, window casings, and other detailed woodwork, with meticulous attention to detail.

Mentor and guide junior carpenters, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them develop and improve their skills.

Collaborate with homeowners,designers, architects, and project managers to ensure the smooth execution of projects and alignment with client specifications.

Work independently or as part of a team, maintaining productivity and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Ensure safety and cleanliness on job sites, adhering to company protocols and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in cabinet installation and trim carpentry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.

Proven proficiency in custom cabinet installations, including knowledge of various joinery methods and hardware installation techniques.

Extensive experience with custom trim carpentry, including baseboards, crown molding, window casings, and other decorative elements.

Ability to read and interpret complex renderings or blueprints and project specifications, ensuring flawless execution.

Proficient with a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment, ensuring safe and effective use on the job site.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Strong problem-solving and time management skills, able to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.

Valid North Carolina driver’s license.
