job summary:

We have a direct FTE role for a Software Cloud Product Manager for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC. Candidate must work onsite out of the Raleigh office 100%. No remote work. As a Software Cloud Product Manager, you will be focused on building best in class experiences for our users to help them manage and support our large portfolio of products at the edge of the cloud. You understand the transformative nature of IoT enabled cloud services, you are passionate about how data can help inform and justify product design decisions, and you are eager to translate customer problems into valuable and achievable solutions. Your product management responsibility will be to drive the next generation of device to cloud capabilities while iteratively building out improved monitoring and data aggregation capabilities for cloud customers.


Qualified Candidates will have:


  • B.S. in Computer Science, related fields or commensurate work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working in the product owner role within an agile software team.
  • General understanding of common technologies such as typical network infrastructure design, embedded system and communication protocols, network service design patterns especially for cloud architectures.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences alike.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and serverless cloud infrastructures in AWS or from similar cloud vendors.
  • Experience with cloud endpoint management or other device management services or products.
