Description/Job SummaryT. A. Loving provides a Summer Construction Internship Program known as the Loving Life Internship, giving students a chance to explore potential career opportunities within the Building and Civil Infrastructure groups. Those chosen to participate in our Summer Construction Internship program will engage in project-based learning, gaining valuable hands-on experience and exposure to industry experts throughout the organization. Our primary aim is to offer aspiring Construction, Engineering, and Business students with professional internship experience. The ultimate objective is to kickstart a full-time career at T. A. Loving upon graduation. These internships are highly competitive and come with compensation.This is an opportunity for students to gain valuable experience in one or more of our key areas:
Bridge
Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants
Pumpstations
Water/Sewer Lines
Vertical Construction Management
Undergraduate or Master students in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Business Majors and any Associate Program are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities/Duties
The Loving Life Internship is a minimum of 12-weeks during the summer.
Program: May - August
Work schedule is based on student's summer class schedule.
Opportunities in multiple locations.
Must be willing to travel if required.
Part-time opportunities may also be available throughout the school year for those who qualify.
