FusionNine Restaurant is seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team. FusionNine is an Asian fusion restaurant with a focus on Indian and Chinese cuisine and creative cocktails. As our bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, crafting innovative cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails using high-quality ingredients
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests at the bar
- Ensure the bar is properly stocked and all equipment is clean and in good working condition
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Follow all relevant health and safety regulations
- Assist with special events and private parties as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar setting
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and cocktail recipes
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor
- Strong math skills for accurately recording sales and inventory
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently during peak hours
- Certification in alcohol safety/responsible service of alcohol is preferred
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
